Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of Sparks (“Sparks,” “we,” “us”), operated by Post Plague Projects, at sparkmy.network. By creating an account you agree to them.
Using Sparks
Sparks helps you remember and reconnect with the people you meet. You’re responsible for your account and for having the right to add the contacts and connect the sources you bring in. Don’t use Sparks for anything unlawful or to send unsolicited messages.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings; cancellation stops future charges.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program.If you opt in, Sparks sends you reconnect reminders and account notifications by text message. This is a transactional notification program you control. Messaging is operated by HELLA Intelligence on the program’s behalf; see our SMS messaging page for full program details and how to opt in.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Sparks at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You opted in expressly; we do not text you without it.
Message frequency. Varies based on the reminders and notifications you set up.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out. Reply STOPat any time to cancel. You’ll get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@sparkmy.network.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your data
Your contacts, conversations, and connections are yours. How we handle them is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data anytime.
Disclaimer & changes
Sparks is provided “as is.” We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: support@sparkmy.network.
