Sparks (“Sparks,” “we,” “us”), operated by Post Plague Projects, is a relationship-memory app that helps you remember the people you meet and reconnect with them. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@sparkmy.network.

What we collect

• Account info — your name, email, and (if you enable text reminders) your mobile phone number.
• Your contacts — the people you add or import (name, email, phone, notes, groups, and how they connect).
• Connected sources you authorize — recordings, transcripts, and summaries from PLAUD; contacts, calendar events, and email metadata from Google; used only to build your private relationship memory.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

How we use it

To run Sparks for you: organize your contacts, map relationships, summarize your conversations, surface who to reconnect with, and send the reminders you ask for. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your contacts or conversations for advertising.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in, Sparks sends you reconnect reminders and account notifications by text. We obtain your express consent before sending any text, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on the reminders you set. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Your phone number is used solely to deliver the messages you requested. We share it only with the messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to transmit those messages. No mobile opt-in data is sold or shared with anyone else.

Text messaging for Sparks is operated by HELLA Intelligence on the program’s behalf. Full program details, including how to opt in, are on our SMS messaging page.

Who we share with

Only the infrastructure providers needed to run Sparks, each under their own data-protection terms: Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Google (the data you connect), PLAUD (your recordings), and our AI provider (to generate summaries and relationship insights from your own data). We never sell your data.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP; manage email reminders in your settings.
• Disconnect any source (PLAUD, Google) anytime in Settings → Connections.
• Request export or deletion of your data by emailing support@sparkmy.network.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per account. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request or a reasonable period after closure.
